Newcastle Engineering is providing civil engineering services for the site grading, stormwater treatment and management, and site servicing for this 50-unit rental apartment building, including underground parking.

The project involves the provision of civil engineering support through the Development Permit Application/Approval process and the Building Permit Application/Approval Process. It also includes construction period services through to final project documentation following completion.
