Construction of Phases 1 to 4 of this residential project comprising 101 single-family lots is complete. Phase 5, consisting of an additional 32 single-family lots, was completed in late 2017.

In addition to the creation of building sites, the project includes :

• preservation and enhancement of an existing treed rocky bluff (park dedication/trail construction);
  dedication of parkland;
• installation of landscape buffering including concrete fencing along with the ALR interface;
• removal of invasive plant species;
• construction of public walkways and streets.

Also included will be street trees along with typical water, sanitary, drainage, roadway and underground BC Hydro/Telus Shaw servicing and natural gas distribution piping.
