This 17,565 sq ft office building was completed in 2010. For this design/build project, Newcastle Engineering provided all civil design and related construction inspection services. The work included on-site stormwater management features, parking lot, frontage highway widening and deceleration lane, fire protection and domestic water supply, sanitary sewer service, off-site water main upgrades and off-site storm sewer construction.
