This 20,000 sq ft retail building was completed in 2018. This project incorporated a green roof and stormwater detention landscaping feature to address the requirement to maintain post-development storm flows matching those which existed prior to development. The work included on-site stormwater management features, parking lot and access grading, fire protection and domestic water supply, and storm and sanitary sewer servicing.
