Newcastle Engineering was the Project Manager/Design Engineer for the onsite Civil works for Canadian Tire and Mark’s Work Warehouse.

The Canadian Tire expansion project involved detailed design, tendering, contract administration and construction inspection of a significant retaining structure and placement and grading of structural fill upon which the structure is now located.

The Mark’s Work Warehouse development includes the preparation of a fully serviced building pad, including the associated parking lot layout and grading alterations required to accommodate and service the building.
