Newcastle Engineering provided civil engineering services for the 5-lot Pacific Station Development that created 5 fully serviced lots. Two lots are multi-family residential, and 3 are commercial lots.

For the subsequent development of each lot, we provided civil engineering support through the Development Permit Application/Approval process, the Building Permit Application/Approval process to the completion of record drawings and final project documentation.
