Hawthorne Village Phase 6 is the final phase of a residential development located in central Nanaimo to the west of Wakesiah Avenue, to the east of Buttertubs Marsh, and to the north of Jingle Pot Road.
The project included single family, duplex, and multi-family development parcels and was developed by Insight Holdings Ltd.
The preliminary layout approval for the project was first issued in 2005 and the project has been ongoing since that time.
Phase 6 was completed in 2022 is comprised of 34 residential lots, 2 of which are designated “duplex” lots.
Housing construction on the Phase 6 lots is ongoing at this time.
