Departure Bay Hammond Bay Intersection Upgrade, Nanaimo, BC

Newcastle Engineering provided civil engineering services from design to final project documentation for this intersection upgrade by the City of Nanaimo. The project included intersection signalization/reconfiguration, associated adjustments to underground utilities, and retaining structures.

Brookwood Drive Sanitary Pump Station, Nanaimo, BC

Upgrading this pump station included a new main power supply, installation of emergency backup power in the form of a 125 kW diesel generator set muffled for use in a residential area, electrical ducting, concrete foundation and pipe realigning.
