Justin graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Engineering, with a background in both the practical and technical aspects of civil engineering, he has experience in wastewater and solid waste management systems, materials testing, and municipal sewer and water system projects. His passion for environmental and water systems management drives his commitment to sustainable infrastructure and project designs. Originally from Cape Town, Justin was drawn to Vancouver Island for its outdoor lifestyle and strong sense of community. Outside of work, he can be found surfing, rock climbing, playing squash, mountain biking, or skiing—always looking for the next adventure in the mountains or on the waves.
