The Harewood Mines Road project presented some unique challenges, most notably due to the lack of sanitary sewer infrastructure in the servicing area.

This meant linking off-site sanitary sewer infrastructure using precise directional drilling under an existing highway, so that all lots could be serviced using a gravity system.

These premium lots now benefit from impressive custom home construction, on-going construction currently being completed by the owners. All lots are now provided with municipal servicing in particular gravity sanitary sewer services which is new to the area. Trail connections were also established with the project to the existing parkland to the west and newly dedicated parkland to the east.
