Drew was born in Saskatchewan, but raised in Victoria and joined Newcastle after several years at another consulting firm and a history in construction. With a bachelors degree in civil engineering from the University of British Columbia, he values working with clients and teammates to create projects that will last and enhance our communities. When not at work he loves spending time with family, rock climbing and enjoying all the great mountain biking trails around Nanaimo.

Interesting fact about Drew: he won a spaghetti bridge building competition three years in a row and used the prize money to partially fund a rock climbing trip to South Africa.
