After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering in Brazil in 2016, Gill Amaral moved to Canada to pursue a postgraduate diploma in Construction Project Management at Lambton College in Toronto. Since then, he has dedicated his career to the sanitation sector, contributing to projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, outfall piping installation, and municipal infrastructure, with a focus on overseeing the construction stage. Passionate about urban development challenges and solutions, Gill brings hands-on expertise to complex infrastructure projects.
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors of British Columbia, often kayaking, fishing, and spending time with his dog. He is also an avid soccer fan and stays active through various sports
