River Road Subdivision, Nanaimo, BC

Newcastle Engineering Ltd. provided civil engineering services for this 10-lot rural residential subdivision. The lots are located along the bank of the Nanaimo River and required an access road for servicing, as well as delineation of required setbacks for flood protection and geotechnical restrictions. This project was completed in 2013.
